BE ELITE App
Athletes access their personal data via the BE ELITE app at register at app.eliteplayerperformance.co.uk — tracking progress across multiple sessions over time.
The Equipment
We use the same technology as Premier League academies, UK Athletics and international performance programmes.
Photon Sports
Photocell timing gates measuring sprint times to 0.001s accuracy. 0–10m, 10–20m and 20–30m splits captured per athlete. The same system used by elite sprint coaches worldwide.
VALD ForceDecks
Dual force plates capturing countermovement jump, drop jump and reactive strength. Bilateral and unilateral testing. Limb symmetry index calculated automatically — a key injury risk indicator.
High-Speed Cameras
Biomechanical analysis of sprint mechanics — foot strike, arm drive, posture and deceleration technique. Frame-by-frame breakdown included in athlete reports.
On The Day
A typical squad session runs 2–3 hours depending on squad size. Athletes rotate through testing stations with minimal downtime.
Warm-Up
FA-approved dynamic warm-up protocol led by our coaching team. All athletes prepared safely and consistently before testing begins.
Sprint Testing
Athletes run through the Photon Sports timing gates. Three attempts per athlete, best time recorded. 10m, 20m and 30m splits captured simultaneously.
Force Plate Testing
Each athlete performs countermovement jumps on the VALD ForceDecks. Bilateral and unilateral. Limb symmetry index calculated in real time.
Agility Testing
505 agility test on both legs. Change of direction speed, deceleration control and reactive agility assessed per athlete.
Reports Delivered
Individual athlete reports delivered within 48 hours via email. Coach summary with full squad ranking and comparison sent simultaneously. BE ELITE app access activated for each athlete.
