What is the process?
Our assessments are undertaken on 3G Artificial grass football pitches, it requires suitable football boots. Depending on which assessment you book you will be required to complete a number of drills both with and without a football, whilst wearing a thin reflective vest and infront of a camera and sensors
What is included?
Your tests and assessments are undertaken under the guidance of an FA Approved coach. Tests are repeated on several occasions in competitive conditions to get the best possible results. In addition to the testing, your assessment includes a report, web app and a nutrition and exercise plan to improve your physical speed and conditioning.

Where are you located?
Assessments can be carried out at Birmingham Alexander Stadium, or at a location near to you subject to availability and additional costs.
