Your force-velocity profile from the assessment tells us whether you're force-deficient (need more strength and power) or velocity-deficient (need more speed and rate of force development). Your coaching programme targets the right side of that equation.

Free Discovery Call

15-minute call with Ben to discuss your goals, current training, sport and what you want to achieve. We'll confirm whether 1-to-1 coaching is the right starting point or whether an assessment first is recommended.

Performance Assessment (Recommended)

Full testing session covering sprint splits, force plate jump analysis, 505 agility and force-velocity profiling. Your coach has your data before session one begins — this transforms the quality of your coaching.

Programme Design

Your coach designs your coaching programme around your assessment results, your sport and your schedule. Your Everfit programme is built and activated before session one.

Coaching Sessions

Weekly or twice-weekly sessions at Alexander Stadium. Every session is structured, progressive and logged. Your coach adapts each session based on your performance and recovery.

Regular Re-Testing

Performance re-testing every 6–8 weeks tracks your progress against your baseline data. Seeing the numbers move is one of the most powerful motivators an athlete can have.

Common Questions

Do I need an assessment before coaching?
It's strongly recommended but not mandatory. Athletes who complete an assessment first get significantly more out of their coaching sessions — your coach has your data and can target training precisely. We offer assessment and coaching on the same day.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals. Most athletes see measurable improvement in 6–8 sessions. We recommend committing to at least 4 sessions before expecting significant results from re-testing.
What age range do you coach?
U8 through to adult professional. Our coaches adapt their approach to the athlete's developmental stage, training history and goals.
Can I train twice a week?
Yes. Twice-weekly coaching produces faster results. We'll design your programme and Everfit sessions to manage recovery appropriately between sessions.
What is Everfit?
Everfit is the platform we use to deliver your between-session training programme. Your coach builds your workouts in Everfit — you access them on your phone and log your sessions. It keeps your training structured and progressive between visits.
Do you coach at other venues?
Our primary coaching venue is Alexander Stadium, Birmingham. Mobile coaching is available — contact us to discuss your location and requirements.
