We recommend beginning with a full performance assessment so your coach has the data to design your programme from day one. Assessment results determine whether you need more force-based or velocity-based training — the foundation of everything that follows.
Assessment-Led
Sessions begin with your assessment data. If you haven't been assessed yet, we recommend booking an assessment first — it transforms the quality of your coaching programme.
Everfit Programme
Every coaching client receives a personalised training programme via the Everfit platform — accessible on mobile. Your between-session work is planned and progressive, not guesswork.
Progress Tracking
Re-testing at regular intervals tracks your development. Data from every session feeds into your BE ELITE profile — you always know exactly how far you've come.

Your Weaknesses
Your force-velocity profile from the assessment tells us whether you're force-deficient (need more strength and power) or velocity-deficient (need more speed and rate of force development). Your coaching programme targets the right side of that equation.
Sprint Mechanics
Acceleration phase technique, maximum velocity mechanics, drive phase posture and arm mechanics. Frame-by-frame video analysis used to identify and correct inefficiencies.
Explosive Power
Force plate-guided plyometric and strength training to improve rate of force development — the quality that determines how quickly you can express your power.
Agility & Deceleration
Change of direction mechanics, deceleration control and reactive agility — built on the 505 agility data from your assessment and progressed across sessions.
Asymmetry Correction
Limb symmetry index from your force plate testing identifies side-to-side imbalances. These are addressed directly — reducing injury risk and improving bilateral performance.
Speed Endurance
Repeated sprint ability and speed endurance for team sport athletes — maintaining top-end speed across a full match, not just the first sprint.
Sport-Specific Application
Physical qualities are translated into sport-specific contexts — football, rugby, athletics, basketball and more. We coach the athlete and the sport simultaneously.

Free Discovery Call
15-minute call with Ben to discuss your goals, current training, sport and what you want to achieve. We'll confirm whether 1-to-1 coaching is the right starting point or whether an assessment first is recommended.
Performance Assessment (Recommended)
Full testing session covering sprint splits, force plate jump analysis, 505 agility and force-velocity profiling. Your coach has your data before session one begins — this transforms the quality of your coaching.
Programme Design
Your coach designs your coaching programme around your assessment results, your sport and your schedule. Your Everfit programme is built and activated before session one.
Coaching Sessions
Weekly or twice-weekly sessions at Alexander Stadium. Every session is structured, progressive and logged. Your coach adapts each session based on your performance and recovery.
Regular Re-Testing
Performance re-testing every 6–8 weeks tracks your progress against your baseline data. Seeing the numbers move is one of the most powerful motivators an athlete can have.

Assessment Bundle
